  • 1. Log into your Algocrat AI user dashboard and access the 'Accounts' section to view your current account(s).
  • 2. Identify and select the account you wish to disconnect.
  • 3. Click on the "Disconnect account" option.
What to Expect Next
Upon requesting to disconnect your account, you will immediately receive a confirmation message. This message serves as acknowledgment that our team has received your request and will review it promptly.
Pending Disconnection Status
Following your request, the status of your account in the user dashboard will change to "Active (Pending disconnected)." This status will remain until our team has completed the disconnection process on our end.
Confirmation of Disconnection
Once we've successfully disconnected your account, you will be notified via a confirmation email. This email is your assurance that the account has been disconnected and will no longer engage in any trading activities.
Finalizing the Process

After receiving your confirmation email, you can visit the "Accounts" section of your user dashboard one last time to verify that the account has been removed. This removal is the final step in the disconnection process.

Following these steps ensures your account is disconnected from Algocrat AI's trading activities, allowing you to pause or cease your trading journey with us as your circumstances require.

There's nothing further you need to do once you've received your confirmation email; your account will no longer be active or incur any additional trading activity.
